During my time in Seattle and Orcas i delved a bit into the world of Espresso. (what better place then Seattle?) I got a glimpse of the potential there is in this drink if it is prepared with care and some elusive artistic science. However after three weeks of research and practice on my father’s espresso machine i think i may be more befuddled then i am barista, but it tasted good along the way….. enjoy.
