This past weekend I photographed preformances from “The Spirit of [[Wikipedia:Fès]] ” U.S. National Tour 2006 as they past through NYC, preforming at [[Wikipedia:Carnegie Hall]] and The Dance New Amsterdam theater. Most of the photos focus on the group Daqqa Roudania of Taroundant, [[wikipedia:Morocco]] preforming music and ceremony in the [[Wikipedia:Sufi music]] tradition.

Black Rock Desert, Nevada

Digital exposers from my trip to the Black Rock Desert in Nevada. We found a city there and some nonsense about burning a man (not sure what all that is about) on the way there we stopped at some natural hot springs and on the way home jolted ourselves back to reality at the Manzanar concentration camp for Japanese citizens.

Southern California
